HTC’s high-end One series smartphone recently got launched in India. One X is the first from the company’s to have the high-performing Quad-core processor and runs on the latest version of Android OS-the Android 4.0. The credit for its power and fast processing goes to its quad core Nvidia Tegra 3 processor, high performance 12 core Nvidia Graphic processor and integrated fifth battery saver core. The device sports 4.7-inch HD capable Corning Gorilla Glass display with 720p resolution, 8 MP camera with LED flash, 32 GB of expandable memory, 1 GB of RAM for connectivity it has HDMI ports, NFC capabilities, Bluetooth and 3G. Samsung Galaxy Nexus was the first smartphone to come with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system. The phone is powered by Dual-core 1.2 GHz Cortex-A9 processor, 16 GB storage, 1 GB RAM and  sports a curved 4.65inch 720x1280 HD display at 316ppi, 5 MP camera and 1.3 MP front camera.

LG Optimus LTE II:

This phone is the upgraded version of Optimus LTE which got launched recently and went unnoticed in between in hypes of Samsung Galaxy 3. The new phone has an improved faster chip and a longer battery life, and sports a 4.7-inch 720x1280 TrueHD IPS display at 326ppi. The phone is powered by 1.5GHz dual-core processor, 2 GB DDR RAM and runs on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS. The device sports 8 MP rear facing camera, 1.3 MP front camera, powerful 2150 mAH battery and supports Wi-Fi , Bluetooth, NFC ,GPS , 2G and 3G for connectivity. Presently the handset is available only in the Korean market, it is expected to reach Indian soon.


iPhone 4/4S:

Sony Xperia S:

Xperia S is Sony’s first non-Ericsson smartphone that got launched at this year’s CES (Consumer Electronic Show) and reached Indian stores in April 2012.
 The device taunts a 4.3-inch 720p Reality display having 342 pixel density. It is powered by 1.5 dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM and runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread.

 The up-gradation to Android 4.0 will be received by the end of May or early June. Other specifications are; 12 MO camera rear camera with Sony Exmor R image sensor, 1.3 MP front facing camera with 720p video capture, NFC support, PlayStation certification and comes in two colors- black and white. Presently this is the only phone in the Indian market with a better screen resolution than Apple iPhone 4S.


HTC Sensation XL: A Pricy Possession!

Is also sports 4.7 inch S-LCD capacitive touchscreen display, 8 MP main camera, 1.3 MP front camera, and comes with built in Beats Audio technology.

Motorola Razr  is powered by dual core 1.2 GHz processor, 1 GB RAM and runs on Android 2.3.5 Gingerbread. The device sports a 4.3-inch Super Amoled qHD 960 x 540 pixel Corning Gorilla Glass display, 8 MP main camera, 1.3 MP front camera and supports 3G and Wi-Fi connectivity.
